Erectile Dysfunction Doctor

Can somebody help me with an erectile dysfunction?

I am 21 years old and can't seem to keep it up. I've had my testosterone checked, cholesterol, heart, and so on and everything is fine. I brought it up to my doctor and he thinks its psychological but I think he's wrong. I'm in generally good physical shape, and eat extremely healthily. I've been with my current partner for about six months, but have had this problem with multiple partners. A few years back, I never had a problem. Can anyone give me some help?
